Our little home away from home...for one night!While our family was visiting from Michigan, we decided to take a two day trip up to Estes Park. What a beautiful place..I really can't even describe it and the pictures do not do it justice. We spent our first day taking a drive up Bear Lake road to check out the scenery and the wildlife. Then, we took a stroll through town and checked out some nice local shops. That night, we found out a storm was moving in and Estes was expected to get up to three feet of snow. We decided to make our trip short and leave the next day. It was sad, but we did not want to get stranded up there and have to cancel Chase's party!! You know what that can do to a four year old!! So, these are pictures from our first day up in that gorgeous town!
